very interesting image. I am not sure what you are trying to say (that is not a bad thing for an artist because it means I will think about it now).

I am curious to know what camera and lens you used, what was your exposure f stop shutter speed, any filtration, tripod, lighting etc.

Basically, I am looking to continue my own learning and development. What you do, may help me to learn more and visa versa.

Please ask about any of my prints if it will help you, all of the info is available.

as you can see above i used my canon eos 350D / Digital Rebel. The lens was a sigma 50 mm makro. other details also above. for lightning i used about 5 cheap desk lamps behind a white fabric ;)

I am impressed by the lighting idea.

I use a Sigma 105 macro for most things. I have even attached a 2x converter to it.

I have a request......

I have been asked to teach a photo course at the local college. Many people who come will not have sophisticated equipment. You lighting fits into what is possible from things around most home. Would you give me permission to use this picture as a demonstration of lighting techniques that do not require fancy equipment? If you agree, I will ensure that you get credit in the course for your contribution.
